SPONSORING BRIGHTON BALLET THEATRE'S CONCERTS AND SPECIAL EVENTS WILL OFFER EXCELLENT BENEFITS FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

 Each sponsorship program will be designed to give the sponsor maximum exposure  through  advertising  and  promotion, on site presence, hospitality, complimentary tickets, sales and sampling opportunities as well as traffic enhancement promotions.

BBT specializes also in development and promotion of a wide range of live events ranging from music and dance festivals to fashion shows and talent competitions. We offer numerous sponsorship opportunities at all levels of participation.

Each sponsorship proposal incorporates the key elements of a fully integrated strategic marketing plan. BBT's event management staff works closely with sponsors to build a proposal tailored to meet their specific needs. Our Live Events receive press coverage from a wide variety of domestic and international media.           

BBT will work closely with the sponsor to identify appropriate locations for display and sales or samples of its products. The event management team will provide a display space for the sponsor to use to promote their products. The sponsor will be responsible for staffing the displays, as well as related costs.

BBT will arrange special meetings and receptions with the event sponsor and business and political dignitaries. In addition, the sponsor will be invited to attend various VIP gala banquets, receptions and parties throughout the event.

As a sponsor of a BBT, you will receive the following:

* Name and logo on all paid advertising that can include, but not be limited to television, radio, newspapers, magazines, posters, flyers, coupons, direct mail, and tickets.

* A specifically designed traffic building media promotion that will include the sponsor with a  sweepstakes for tickets and prizes, as well as free tickets or discount coupons for the sponsored event.

* Signage and banner displays at the event. The location to display sponsor   signage will always be displays in high traffic area.

* Display or exhibit space will be provided to sell or provide free samples of your product at the sponsored event.

* An opportunity to host a hospitality party at the sponsored event for clients, content winners, media and stuff.  The hospitality party can also include the artist's appearances for autographs and photo opportunities.       

* Complimentary tickets and prime seats will be provided for the sponsor's use for contests and incentive programs to entice clients, new customers and employees.

Category exclusivity, title opportunities, signage, sponsor ID in Property's media buy, TV broadcast, radio coverage, recognition in media sponsor's properties/editorial, specials/, program book advertising, public address announcements, sponsor ID on collateral materials, use of marks & logos for promotions, product display and sampling, sales rights, official product status, use of mailing list, sponsor entertainment/hospitality, name recognition in all sponsored written materials, complementary tickets, discounts to sponsor employees.
